We were so very thankful for all the guidance that you and your extremely competent staff offered to us step by step through the whole process. The framers took the time to walk through the plans and through the house prior to framing. They made monumental improvements and suggestions that we are very grateful to them for making. The plumber and electrician went through the house and plans with meticulous detail. The trim workers were a real selling point to me. I had the opportunity to see a few of your homes in teh process of being built and the detail the trimmers added made the homes very unique. Billy and his partner also made excellent suggestions and imporvements that we love today! Tracy and his staff were so patient with all the decisions that go along with decorating. They sampled paint colors and stain colors so we could see them on the walls and cabinets. I know this saved us from making some decorating errors that could have been costly to re-do. They met me at the paint store and spent hours assisting in the choice of colors, etc. All of your workers were so expert at what they do that I couldn't help but say, "whatever you think". They really know their business and more important, love what they do. The buyer feels it from the beginning to the end. You told me we would have fun and I didn't believe you. We had a blast! I never thought, with as busy as we already were, that we could enjoy every bit of the process. I certianly never thought it could be complete without a "punch-out list". We did not have a single thing to follow-up on that you didn't already hoave on your list of things to do. You were always a step ahead and you always expected perfection beyond my expectations! Thank you so much for your attention during building. Thank you also for the beautiful silk flowers you gave us as a housewarming gift that adorn my garden tub and poinsettia plant we just received for Christmas. Every time we needed your or Jackie's help you've been there. As you know the help I've needed was no simple fix, yet you came through time and time again. I'm constantly amazed on how fast, courteous and talented your sub-contractors are and I can honestly tell you coming from management that you have a talented and motivated staff. I write very few of these letters, however, your efforts go beyond the business relationship and we consider both of you to be our lifelong friends. When Robin and I walked into your office for the first time, we felt that you and Jackie were the kind of genuine people who took pride in their work and made us feel part of your team. Oh, I remember the changes we made to our home during construction and how we agreed upon these changes with a handshake. Unbelievable, I still tell people about that. I typically do not recommend service companies, builders, etc. to friends or colleagues because I have little or no control on how these companies operate, however, you are definitely the exception to the rule. Time and time again I recommend you and will continue to do so, because in my humble opinion you raise the builder's bar to a new level. I have seen the proof that you stand behind your work and will go beyond conditional agreements to ensure that your clients are satisfied. For that I am grateful.
